Orders leave our warehouse within 3-5 business days (dispatch time). Carrier transit time comes on top of that and depends on your address; checkout shows the shipping options and estimates for your destination. In the U.S., each shipment of $50 or more ships free, and a shipment under $50 ships for $6.99. Pre-orders ship separately on their estimated ship date.

Yes! We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and EU countries. Prices at checkout include all duties and taxes, so there is nothing extra to pay when your package arrives and no customs fees on delivery. Delivery time varies by destination; checkout shows the estimate for your address. International orders are final sale, so please check sizing before you order.

Pre-order items are products that are currently in production. When you pre-order, you reserve your size before they arrive. Pre-orders ship separately from in-stock items on their estimated ship date, which is shown on the product page for the size you pick.

Pre-order and in-stock items ship separately, so the $50 free shipping threshold applies to each shipment on its own. A shipment under $50 is $6.99 even if the whole order is over $50.

You have 30 days from delivery to send back anything unworn, unwashed, with tags on and in the original bag. Store credit is free. A refund to your original payment has a $5.95 return processing fee taken out. Final sale items are not eligible for return (markdowns or sitewide sales are final sale). Items that arrive worn or out of their packaging can't be refunded.

No. Orders shipped outside the United States are final sale. If something arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email support@wildwoven.com with a photo and we'll make it right.

Go to wildwoven.com/returns, enter your order number and the email on the order, and pick the items you're sending back. We'll email a prepaid label. Refunds and credit are issued within 5-7 business days of your return arriving.

We recommend returning your item and placing a new order for the correct size, as popular sizes sell out quickly.

Our pajamas are designed for a comfortable, relaxed fit. Zip rompers run slightly large to allow room for growth. Two-piece PJ sets are true to size. Check the size chart on each product page for detailed measurements.

Baby sizes: Newborn through 24 months. Kids sizes: 2T through 9/10. Adult sizes: XS through 3XL.

Our pajamas are made from TENCEL™ Modal, a sustainably sourced fiber made from beech trees. It's buttery soft, temperature-regulating, and gets softer with every wash. Our fabrics are OEKO-TEX® certified and free from harmful chemicals.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach. Our fabrics are designed to maintain their softness and vibrant prints wash after wash.

Yes! All our fabrics are OEKO-TEX® certified, meaning they've been tested for harmful substances. TENCEL™ Modal is naturally gentle and hypoallergenic.

Yes! We work directly with licensors to bring beloved characters to life. Our Middle-earth™ collection is officially licensed by Middle-earth Enterprises. Our Richard Scarry™, Llama Llama™, and other character prints are all officially licensed.

Some prints are limited edition and won't be restocked once they sell out. Licensed prints may return in future collections. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about new drops and restocks.

We use TENCEL™ Modal made from sustainably harvested beech trees in a closed-loop process that recycles 99% of solvents. We plant a tree for every order, and our packaging is recyclable.
