Orders leave our warehouse within 3-5 business days; carrier transit time is on top of that. U.S. shipping is free on each shipment of $50 or more; a shipment under $50 ships for $6.99.
Pre-order items ship separately on their estimated ship date, so the $50 threshold applies to the ready-to-ship items and the pre-order items each on their own.
